CREtech New York, the world’s most important real estate tech networking event, will be held on October 13-14, 2021. We are proud to invite you to Pier 36, a state-of-the-art sports and entertainment facility located on South Street in Manhattan. The building boasts over 70,000 sq ft of space, and has a 15,000 sq ft deck which overlooks the East River, and has views of downtown Manhattan, South Street Seaport, the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, and the Statue of Liberty. COVID vaccines are required. All staff, speakers and attendees are required to show proof of vaccination in compliance with the "Key to NYC" Rules and Regulations. Yes. In compliance with New York City guidance and our own focus on having a safe and successful event, vaccines are required for attendees and staff to enter the event bubble. You will be asked during registration to confirm your vaccine status and will be asked to present proof before entering the show. More about that here.

Yes! If your organization is an early-stage commercial real estate tech or innovation company with < 6 employees, assets totaling < $25 Million and have received Series A and below funding, you may purchase a Tech Ticket . Subject to approval. No discounts can be applied. Only two tickets per company. Limited quantities are available.

If you find yourself in any of the below scenarios within the 14 days before the show, we’ll be happy to transfer your ticket to another event or refund your transaction:
- The country/state that you live in closes its borders to travel
- The country/state you live in issues advice not to travel to New York City
- The country/state you live in has imposed an unavoidable quarantine on return from travel
- There is an unavoidable quarantine on arrival in New York City
There is a further lockdown phase in the country/state you live in that prevents you from leaving your home
No, passes are non-transferable once printed. Your pass is personal to you and once you have received your pass onsite it cannot be amended, substituted or reissued to another person. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not be permitted to use a pass other than the pass issued to you and which displays your name. We reserve the right to remove you from the event if you are found to be using a pass which has been issued to an already registered delegate.
