Caleb Gonsalves is the Manager, Customer Success at HqO, and oversees the services team focused on achieving business outcomes for HqO’s customers, particularly at the property level. In his current role, he is responsible for launching portfolio-wide apps for the nation’s most innovative landlords and taking an iterative approach to success using data on how people use and interact with physical properties and office communities.
Prior to HqO, Caleb spent the last decade of his career crafting the creative marketing strategies for some of the world’s top brands, including TripAdvisor, Colgate-Palmolive, Northrop Grumman, Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, and Coldwell Banker. Caleb saw the evolution that the CRE industry is undergoing, and joined the customer success team at HqO to help challenge, define, and transform the tenant experience and the future of commercial real estate at buildings as iconic as the Willis Tower in Chicago.
Caleb lives in Boston, MA, with his partner and his pup. In his spare time, he volunteers for the Fenway Health Leadership Council and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts, and on the weekends you can catch him either hiking, playing board games, or at a brewery. He holds a BSBA from Boston University.
